Fortunately, I could order most of these parts off of the Adafruit website. The blue case that you see above however, can only be made through a 3D printer. This was a huge worry for me because of the 3D printer at Grey Highlands was broken and I didn't think it could be fixed in time, but thankfully it was repaired and I was able to get my case, made in green, before the Christmas holidays.
The resistors and screws were also not available to buy off of Adafruit. Instead, I had planned to order them off of a different website but trying to find that specific resistor was a challenge. I finally found a value pack of the resistors for $2.45 on Amazon, but after I had sent in my order, it was cancelled a few days later because the Gift Visa card I used to pay for them was 40 cents short. Luckily I have contacted a store in Guelph called Neutron Electronics, who have told me that they have those specific resistors.
